Introducing the W.E. Corps!

I'm Dom and I'm the Creator of the W.E. Corps - A new initiative to support aspiring women entrepreneurs globally with education on mindset, habits, success strategies, and servant leadership, as well as education and traiing in the areas of gender equity, financial empowerment, and sustainability.
Why the W.E. Corps and why now Dom?
As a life-long learner and servant leader, I wanted to create a new initiative that would bring together all the things I love to do - teach, coach, create, collaborate, learn, and find solutions to world problems. Early on in my career, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica. I ran youth programs, gender equality programs, and also co-created a Girls' Youth Leadership Conference and Magazine, along with other Peace Corps Volunteers.
I continued to have an interest in 'international development' throughout my years in Georgetown and Washington, D.C., working at the U.S. Senate and also with Mercy Corps/Indonesia in Social Enterprise Development. I even tried to start my own venture "AidWell" back in 2015 (which failed miserably), but it gave me a taste of the possibility of working for myself. Fast forward to 2023, I realized that my passions still lie in education - now I'm clear that I want to empower creative first generation women entrepreneurs to use their voice, develop their gifts, and bold serve the world with their ideas, their passion, and their talents.
W.E. Corps invites learners, builders, leaders, and trailblazers who want to advance humanity - advance the SDGs - advance progress, and most importantly create a better world for the future.
